50% rate increase for service outside regular operating hours.

Windows upgrade:
Upgrade to Windows Vista:
60$ (plus Windows Vista OS cost if needed to be purchased)
Reinstall Windows:
100$ (plus Windows OS cost if needed to be purchased)
Virus infection:
Remove viruses, worms and spywares: 100$
- Set up the computer for the most secure configuration for the internet: Add 50$
- Upgrade with a firewall, antivirus, spyware, registry cleaner: Add 20$ per installation plus software cost.
System Tune-up:
We clean, reorganize your computer, check and repair allocation tables, remove bugs and useless files and software, check hardware, clean computer components (fans, heatsink, case...): 80$.
Data Recovery:
We recover your data or it is free. No limit to the amount of data to be recovered per drive.
- If your data is unavailable: 199$
- If your data has been erased: 299$
- If your hard drive is physically damaged: No charge or pay 80$ to open it and we will give you an estimate (usually well above 1000$).
Remote Access:
We setup a secure remote administrator connection with Login and Password, set any firewall to allow the connection: 60$ plus software cost.
Disaster Prevention:
In case of Windows issues, software issues, viruses... Be back in business in less than 15minutes:
- . You will be able to have it back exactly the way it was initially: 80$ plus software cost and optionally an extra hard drive (highly recommended).
- If your data has been erased or corrupted: Recover your data with an Automated Daily Backup system: 120$ plus software price and optionally a hard drive (highly recommended).
Wireless Network:
Wireless network setup: Setup the hardware connections, initialize your modem Login and Password, setup security protocols, initialize and secure up to 3 connections. 100$ plus hardware cost.
